I am originally from Arlington NE, but have now been in Omaha for 25+ years. I love everything about Omaha (except maybe the winters). I am married and have 2 children and 2 dogs. We are a sports loving family, so anything Huskers, Bluejays, Stormchasers or Royals related you will probably find us there!  I am truly passionate about Real Estate and helping my clients find THEIR home. For sellers, I can give you up-to-date information on what is happening in the marketplace and the price, financing, terms and condition of competing properties. For buyers, I help with getting pre-approved for a mortgage, finding and showing you all of the properties that match your criteria, writing of contracts, home inspections, financing, title and escrow, all the way to closing on your home! I strive to find the right fit...location, price and home....all 3 items matter! I love to stay in touch with my clients, and continue to provide support through their years as a homeowner.  

On a professional level, I feel so strongly about providing the best possible service. Buying and selling property is a complex and stressful task. In fact, it's often the biggest single investment you will make in your lifetime. At the same time, real estate transactions have become increasingly complicated. I have spent additional time taking advanced courses and earning the REALTOR® designations listed below in order to help give my clients the advantage when buying and selling a home.

  • Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) - reinforces basic knowledge as well as in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards and the sales process
  • Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) - gives you the knowledge and expertise to guide homebuyers and sellers over the age of 50 through major financial and lifestyle transitions

Finally, I feel so strongly about supporting the community that supports me that I make a donation to charity with every home that I sell and give my buyers and sellers the opportunity to chose who I give back to. It's my way of saying Thank You and helping to support this community that I love deeply.
